Return & Exchange Policy

At Ema Black & White, we prioritize customer satisfaction and high-quality service.

• Inspection at Delivery: Customers have the right to inspect and try the product while the delivery representative is present. If the item does not meet expectations, it can be returned immediately.

• After Delivery: Once the delivery representative leaves, returns are not accepted. However, customers may request an exchange.

• Exchange Conditions: Exchanges are allowed for all products, provided that the item is in the exact condition as received (unworn, unwashed, with tags intact).

• Shipping: Shipping fees for exchanges will be covered by the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

في إيما بلاك آند وايت، بنهتم برضا العملاء وجودة الخدمة.

• المعاينة عند الاستلام: من حق العميلة تعاين وتقيس المنتج أثناء وجود المندوب. في حالة عدم الرضا، يمكنها إرجاعه فورًا.

• بعد الاستلام: بمجرد مغادرة المندوب، لا يتم قبول الاسترجاع، ولكن يمكن طلب الاستبدال.

• شروط الاستبدال: الاستبدال متاح لجميع المنتجات بشرط أن تكون بحالتها الأصلية تمامًا (غير مستخدمة، غير مغسولة، وبالتاج الأصلي).

• الشحن: مصاريف الشحن للاستبدال تكون على العميلة، إلا إذا كان المنتج به عيب أو تم إرسال منتج خاطئ
